  1. Just started vacuums a week ago! I always do them when fasted after waking up.
    I noticed that when I do these, for a little while after the exercise I get bloated as if I ate something bad.
    Is it normal? Or is that something that is going to be reducing day after day?

  2. Been doing these for only a few days now (I've been cursed with wide hips) but these are making a huge difference already, gonna do these indefinitely, I can't wait to see what happens after a few months!
