Power Girl Fitness – TIME CRUNCH – 10 minute CORE Training

Fun and effective, Doctor-Designed Fitness taught by girls for girls, featuring 11 year old, National Level competitive dancer Jessy Lipke. Recommended for girls 8 years of age and older, at all levels of fitness. This 10 minute high-intensity CORE workout features Sprint Training – metabolic conditioning – designed to build muscle and burn fat, for hours AFTER the workout.
