  7. I've learned so much from Autumn. Proper form, modifiers, which muscles are being worked and she doesn't rush you. This particular workout is brilliant. I already have defined calves which I don't want to build any further and now my legs are more in balance. Thank you Autumn x

  8. I love your channel ! In this video during the sumo squat… i find im almost tipping forward when i return to starting position.
    I also wanted to ask if im pushing up thru my heels during kettle bell lunges on returning up( or any lunge) thanks !
