Push Fitness is a premier personal fitness training studio specializing in private personal training, weight loss, muscle toning, and advanced nutritional counseling as well a variety of group fitness classes designed to help you achieve a phenomenal workout in under 45 minutes. Our group classes consist of 3, 6, and 9 month programs and include unlimited attendance. These classes are designed for people at all fitness levels.

Our group fitness classes in Schaumburg, consist of the following:

BASIC: This military themed Boot Camp is taught by a real army veteran who’s goal is to give you the maximum workout. There’s plenty of total body exhaustion as well as camaraderie and discipline.

Medicine Ball Mayhem: This class is just you with a medicine ball with jumping, slamming, snatching, lunging, twisting, tossing, chopping, and pressing designed to sculpt your body.

Best TRX: Our Best TRX tightens and tones muscles you didn’t even know you had. This class uses a TRX strap and your body weight as resistance. Warning, this class works your hips, core, and shoulders to the bone.

Tone n Groan: Our Tone n Groan is a tough way to tone and build muscle without a little groaning. This class is designed to build strength and muscle with good old-fashioned strength and conditioning exercises.

Buns and Guns: We all know these two areas get a lot of attention. If you’re wanting a tighter bottom or a set of guns to be proud of, this is your class.
