  1. Really enjoy all these workouts and appreciate them but doing 2 sets of 8 reps will build zero muscle idc how much weight you use. Day one probably did 150 squats and upper body only 16 reps?

  2. Some of the weights shown on screen aren't the same as the workout summary but either way I enjoyed it. I liked the ABA structure. More please of that type but perhaps total body strength?

  3. Hello guys, in the burnout round, what if Just used one pair of dumbells, I mean the same weigth in all the previous excercises, how much repetitions, its suppose that I Will do in the burnout?

I love your workouts and how the two of you interact seems very human I feel that makes sense cause most workout programs they don't show that they're in pain or that they really feel anything lol and not to sound to obscene but Kelly has a nice bum I can't help but notice it even when I'm in pain I'm like damn look at that

  5. Hello Kelly, my name is laura! I don't know what is wrong with my body…. I am trying to lost weight but something is not working!!.. I don't eat a lot and I exercise regularly not in excess but I am putting on weight instead of losing it. I don't know if this has something to do with the fact that I am sitting in my office 8 hours every day or It is stress. I really need some advice. I will appreciate if you can help me with a routine.

  6. hello there, i love this workouts but i been working out for about 2 years now and i recently started to get a belly even tho i didn't change my diet and workout regularly, someone may know why?

  7. I've done the challenge twice. I lost 4.5llbs, -0.5" from my arms, waist, hips, and -1.5" from my thighs. I've been struggling to lose weight for 6 months and these workouts are the only things that have helped thus far.

  8. Y'all I'm hella shook yesterday I did only 20 minutes and I was able to finish this one (but this one was way easier SOO) but I still feel amazing. I'm gonna try to add a little of my normal workout (which I put off for three weeks shhh).
