  3. If I do only these work out of yours and not other work outs will I get a flat belly or do I have to do other abs workout as well? I love your videos, the moves and all and I can't with the abs workout like the plank and other things like that but when I dance it's way easier for me so I don't know if I can do the abs workout as well
