Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here’s a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks
20 sec squats
20 sec lunges
do twice

Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 – 30 min total per day is a good amount!

  1. Hi. I Love It! I have a couple concerns. I am battling a long never ending fight to lose the lower abdomen fat that has turned to a hanging pouch. I have it from childbirth over 30 something years ago of course then I am now 55 okay of course then it was not such a big problem as I was much slimmer around 130 I am now 183 down from 198 I have never been so big I am 5 foot 4 and 1/2 I have a few complications in and out on disability I worked out vigorously just had repair of a torn rotator cuff I've had ACL meniscus repair I've had a slip and fall so the weight just came on very fast I'm getting back into the swing of things but I truly truly want to know what exercises I can do for my lower abdomen which seems so hard to Target… HELP
