  1. This vid was spot on for me! I have been going to the gym for years but I never really had goals/a plan for what workouts I wanted to do. I recently went back to the gym with the goal of becoming more lean and toned. I have definitely adjusted my workout regimen and seeing results! Thank you so much for this video, it definitely helped me realize some important mistakes I was making. Now I am on the way to my goal 🙂

  3. love how you only go for like 30 minutes!! over training is a real thing too. I overtrained my body for years because some guy told me I should be working out 5x a week for an hr every day. also was doing such heavy cardio and you lose weight so much more from body weight than cardio. I didn't see progress for years, actually ended up gaining, now I work out like 4x a week for 40 minutes and have seen the best results I ever have. shorter workouts ftw

  4. After counting calories and macros you learn about how much you should eat from a certain type of food which is kinda good to know what youre eating. But it generally develops to eating disorders so actually tracking constantly is a bad idea. The point is to know that no food is zero calories. You just need to listen to your body and give yourself and your body sometime if it tells you to eat more before you decide to eat more.

  5. I made the right choice watching this video! I am skinny but not in a healthy way I noticed that I always eat junk food and I kept wondering why I was so hungry all the time. I didn't think I needed this video till I watched it!
