Thank you for sharing. I'm 60+ and have always worked out. However for the first time in over 40 years I just got burned out at the gym and wanted to try something different. The new complex I live in has a small indoor pool. I started swimming again and doing some exercise the last 6 months. I haven't lost weight, but I haven't gained either. However, my legs and stomach are definitely getting reduced and looking slimmer. I'm at the point I would like to implement some more difficult pool activities so will try these. Thank you!
