  1. I'm assuming that you mean 'calories' and not 'calves'. The calorie burn can be anything from 300-600 calories. How many calories you will burn will depend on your personal metabolic rate and most of all the of intensity (and not duration) or your workout.

  6. Thank you for sharing. I'm 60+ and have always worked out. However for the first time in over 40 years I just got burned out at the gym and wanted to try something different. The new complex I live in has a small indoor pool. I started swimming again and doing some exercise the last 6 months. I haven't lost weight, but I haven't gained either. However, my legs and stomach are definitely getting reduced and looking slimmer. I'm at the point I would like to implement some more difficult pool activities so will try these. Thank you!
