  1. i'm skinny. do i have to add weight to have butt like her? but i think my butt is normal and i can get bubble butt if i workout for several per weeks. anyone pls explain to me 🙁

  3. I have been doing only fitness blender videos (butt, abs..) and I can say that they are really the best I have seen great results in only two weeks my butt became flabby for all the sitting down but now it's so firm and it reduced my cellulite. Thanks fitness blender

  4. Whew! That was good! You can tell it's an older routine. No gauge or counters. And not as good on breathing reminders, but a really good routine. I have to modify the squats and a little on the cross lunge, but I like. And my 75yr body is working on this one. I am so trying to avoid knee replacement surgery.
