  1. Can you give some advice to young teenagers that want to get fit. For example I’m 13, and want to be more fit. I want to go to the gym. But I’m not sure how I can have my parents help me, or how to make time to go.

  2. Thank you Jeanine! I so needed this. I’ve been watching your fitness journey & always said to myself, I wish I was fit & motivated like her! After my Mom died 4 years ago. I feel like I have let myself go, in ways that are not healthy at all. Drinking & eating a lot. I do have a gym membership but I never go! I just pay a fee for nothing! After seeing this I’m going to do workouts for myself, because I want to be a good person & a better person for my Mom. She would want me to be healthy & live my best life. Thanks again Jeanine!!

  5. Olive oil isn't bad for you!! Coconut oil does have some benefits like anti inflammatory properties, but it is still high in saturated (bad) fats and should be used in moderation. Olive oil has a higher content of unsaturated fats.

  6. With all due recpect. This may help for you. But personally I eat a lot of carbs. Like crazy. Because I’m a long distance runner. So I need that to improve my running goals. For it’s more import to achieve goals in my sports rather then how my body looks. If I exercise almost every day, then I feel good and my body automatically looks good too. That’s my opinion. If this works for you, then you do you. But I have had a serious eating disorder and I don’t want other people to cut out carbs and restrict and think that’s the only way to achieve goals.

  7. So helpful❤️ I absolutely loved working out in high school when I was taking aerobics, and I continued to workout after high school as well. Then I got pregnant and had my baby.. well now I have not worked out in over 2 years. And i truly miss it!! Most of the time I don’t have time to work out either since I am a stay at home mom.
    But I’m trying to start again, I definitely got lazy after the baby, and am not happy with my body anymore. I am lucky enough that I did get back to fitting into my old clothes, but I want to be more toned and defined!
    I’m trying to make a commitment to workout while my little one takes his naps. Or whenever I get a chance to. The eating part is definitely challenging for me, but I’m slowly trying to switch out certain foods for healthier options, and cut off a lot of junk foods as well.
