  1. I need help on how to not strain your neck while you do them. I will always start curl ups and then I will start feeling dizzy in my head because the strain in my neck is bad. I know you are supposed to feel it in your abs but I never do how do I stop feeling the burn in my neck but in my abs

  2. My teacher made us freaking curl up till your whole body is vertical >_< I only got 48 for my test…I better work on it more and man was I shaking and dizzy at the end… When I did it at home, I was only sweating lots and abs were burning but it felt so diff doing it at school
